Return & Refund Policy

At Next Level Calvin, all products are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party production partner. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Made-to-Order Items & Buyer’s Remorse

All items sold on NextLevelCalvin.com are custom-made on demand.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Style preference changes

  • Minor color or placement variations

Size charts are provided on each product page. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Claim Requirements:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product

  • You must provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

Lost Packages in Transit

If a package is lost in transit:

  • Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date

  • Once confirmed, we will handle the claim with the carrier on your behalf

Returns & Return Address

  • Do not return products without contacting us first

  • Returns sent without authorization may not be processed

  • Approved returns are routed to our fulfillment partner’s facility

Unclaimed or unauthorized returns are subject to donation after 30 days and may not be eligible for refund.

Wrong Address

If an incorrect or insufficient shipping address is provided and the package is returned:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • An updated address must be confirmed before reshipment

Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is unclaimed and returned:

  • The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs

  • If not reshipped within 30 days, items may be donated to charity

No refunds are issued for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed shipments.

Sealed Goods & Hygiene Products

We do not accept returns for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Face masks or similar items

Returned sealed goods will be disposed of and are not eligible for refund or reshipment.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a replacement is approved due to a defect or fulfillment error, a replacement will be issued automatically.
Size exchanges or discretionary replacements are offered at our discretion and may require placing a new order.

EU Consumer Notice

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized

  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons

Accordingly, returns may be refused at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times vary by financial institution but typically take 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error on our part.
